Apology Card special cd: 4 Remove 30% turn meter from all enemies, and Daze the primary target for 3 turns
I heard he had an 8 pack unique If Kylo Ren is present, whenever Matt takes an action, Kylo has +60% chance to assist. Matt gains +20% Kylo's max offense, potency, and health.
His (s)tory To be honest, I dont have a clue who he is. But, who cares. He is just awesome. He is the toon I want as an easter-egg. Random, random, random dude, having almost one and a half line in Episode VII. @Zehava , You are genious!
Function & Use Well, being First Order doesnt leave too much questions. He is an alternative for the weakest FO, the stormtrooper, i guess.
