Anyways, IMO FOST is the worst (relatively) on offense because FOO is essential for the strategy, however, i do think his zeta is awesome.
To be honest, in that case, Matt would be the worst FO overall.
then would come Stormtrooper.

In offense FOST helps more than FOO does. If you take her lead away Phasma is the worst though. It's silly to even try and figure out, FO need all of them to function, but FOST is not the worst.
