Squad saving bug?

Apparently everytime I try to save a squad with my Jedi Consular, it rules him as a red and vanishes him from the squad. Here is a picture http://imgur.com/iWbb3Ey

There you go. I had the same issue when trying to make squads from the raid screen, could make a team with any 6* toons they would get red and not save.
