Star forge showdown still messed up

So I only had completed the dark side of the showdown a few months ago. When it reappeared I beat the light side along with the dark side. I didnt realize it was glitched til it gave me shards. I did...

@Endilis good luck getting more than a reply and then tumbleweeds... ea support officially stated that if you spend on the game they have a different metric for helping you, so maybe if your spending they may help you more?? I’m on day 14 I think of daily nudging and getting nothing in response..

@CG_SBCrumb looks like another guy who has been stuffed over by glitches in the game recently but no one wants to help...
