Bought the hyperdrive 06.05. and still didnt get it. I sended every proof via Tickets and the Hotline said the proofs where ok but they cant activate the bundle because... they think i already have it. Well as everyone can see (id and code below) the bundle hasnt been activated. The Hotline said this forum is my last chance to get my hyperdrive bundle activated. I would suggest contacting your bank or credit card company and get your money back.

I suggest not giving that info of your account in a public media, after telling that you bought a hyperdrive bundle

I would normally tell you to post on Answers HQ, but lately they've been telling people to contact support for this type of thing.

This exactly. I'm really concerned about making purchases in the future. The problem is that the support is a generic EA support, that seems to be doing its best to get through life as simply as possible.

So you didn't use a bank card linked to your Google play? contact the bank directly.

Im sorry this happened to you, I'm f2p but my friends who spend always receive things instantly or within a few seconds.

A lott of people use gift cards so they don't risk giving out bank info. This, unfortunately, is the downside.

I used a gift card for google to load up the google play account. Bought a smaller pack (mara jade) a while ago wich i received instantly. I dont know why it doesnt work this time.
