Still haven't received the end-of season rewards for GAC yet

I contacted EA support already about not getting the rewards for the end of the GAC season on the 20th, and they said it would hopefully be resolved soon. But I have yet to receive any updates since the 20th on when I will get them. When can I expect to get my rewards? I am in a lot of need for those crystals. (ingame name: TypicalCowz)
