STR 5-6
It has come to my attention since we just started tier 5 and 6. Is it standard practice for Traya's Sabers and Sions pulse to Annihilate? Multiple times since we started once my Sion launched Held by ...

Traya's "ground shock" applies Isolate, so if he's dying to that he won't revive. I don't think Sion has anything that prevents revive though, so that seems buggy.
The only thing that prevents is DN Annihilate. If you take the ability as it is stated even isolate shouldn't keep from Sion reviving. Outside of isolate none of the boss Sions abilities apply isolate so even if that was the case he still should revive.
*edit* I can now also add boss DN to that list he did ability drain which happen to pull the last bit of energy from my Sion and sure enough the died no revive.
How do you alert the powers that be of a potential bug or if it is WAI.
Kyno could you please be so kind as ask around.. It's a bit crap that Held by Hatred with a zeta is effectively not there when fighting t5 and t6 raids.
That is not accurate. Look at the definition of Isolate in the raid. (Hint: it's different than the character version.) The first thing it says in the definition is "Can't be revived."
If the character is isolated when he dies, he cannot be revived. DN annihilate is absolutely NOT the only thing that can prevent revive.
