Stun is too powerful

A 40-2 action ratio will not be solved by more Tenacity.
Speed doesn't work either because sooner or later they will get their Stuns in and then it's game over.
If they can't stun you because they don't pass the tenacity check, then you have solved a large chunk of your problems. My guess is that you also have a slow team and in need of some speed.
If all else fails, know what teams you can and can't beat in arena and avoid the bad match ups. Your complaint is like a NS squad complaining about loosing multiple matches to an aoe squad. Know where you and you opponent are in the rock/paper/scissors matchup and you will do much better
I disagree strongly with your last paragraph. This is not a complaint about losing games - I can handle losing at playing a game.
But my watching the AI play solitaire is NOT me losing at playing a game. I haven't done anything in that game. In this particular match, I did two things to my opponent's 40.
If I go into a match and my opponent is so strong that he kills each of my characters in one attack, then I am clearly outmatched and have lost fairly.
But it took my opponent over 40 actions to kill me. The opposing squad was not uber-strong. It just had Stun.
Stun is the problem, nothing else.
If I play someone at Chess or any other versus game and he beats me in five moves, OK! But I would also have had five moves.
If he beats me in 40 and I have had 2, something is clearly wrong with the game.
