SWGOH-Account recovery

I lost access to my old SWGOH Account as well as my iCloud, old E-Mail, and the likes due to my phone dying and me being an idiot who doesn't write overcomplicated passwords down. I have spent (for me at least) quite a few bucks as well as time on the game and have no idea what to do. The ingame chat-system did not help, as well as the EA-Chat support function. How in the hell do I find my ally code or anything else? I do have an ancient ticket still linked to the account, as well as the SWGOH-Webstore which seems to be linked to the account (although I don't find any actual account information on said webstore). Restoring my old icloud as well as Apple account would be the obvious choice, but that ticket has been open for several months at this point. Maybe one of you tech-wizards has an idea which I've overlooked thus far? Any help would be massively appreciated.

    If your old account was stored locally i.e not connected to Facebook or Gamecenter, then most likely it’ll be very tough for you to recover your account from your old device to a new one. However if you have ever backed up your phone I think specifically “encrypted backup”, when setting up your new phone you may be able to restore it from a previous point on your game but I’m not 100% sure.

    A long time ago Similar situation  to you happened and they were partially able to recover an account but not sure if they do that anymore.

    In terms of finding your ally code that is very simple as long as you remember your Username/Nickname or old Guild and look it up in swgoh.gg you should be able to see your ally code from there
