Hi @InfernMasterB,
I'm sorry to hear that! There may have been some confusion on the EA support agents' end. They can help update a date of birth mistakenly added once they've verified your age and that you own the account. Sadly, I can't make any account changes on Answers HQ or I'd do it myself for you. You'd need to try again with the support team, as frustrating as it sounds like that's been so far.😓
Let's see...gather these details:
- Confirm what DOB is on the account atm: You can see your EA account's DOB here once you've signed in to your EA account.
- Player ID + Ally Code
- EA Account Email
- Valid ID for Proof of Age: Follow these steps to include it with your case; How to attach a file to your EA Help case. There'll be set criteria as to what's accepted to prove one's age (no cropped images or doctored photos for example), but the support team can shed more light on that if needed.
In your conversation with the support agent, maybe share something like this:

Hi EA Support,
I set-up my SWGOH account in a hurry a few weeks ago and mistakenly entered the wrong date of birth. I need your help correcting the date of birth, as I'm not a minor. EA_Lanna on Answers HQ advised I reach out to EA support for help. She said EA support via live chat can check the date of birth and help with aging-up my account. She mentioned I should attach proof of age with valid ID to help speed things along so I've included that with my case. My Player ID for my SWGOH is: <insert ID here> and the email on my EA account is <insert email here>. Thank you for your help.
That should be clear and prompt them to check their processes. Once they've verified you're the account owner and confirmed your age, they'll update the DOB for the account and you should be set!
I hope that helps.
