It definitely has the targeting bug. Often times I'm just manually hitting the attack button because I don't trust the AI with Talia / Asajj, and it will switch my target out of nowhere. No one taunting or stealthed on the enemy team. In fact, it even happens when no one -can- stealth or taunt on the enemy team.
Pretty battled on why the target change occurs :(
