T5&T6 ship enhancement droids

They're listed as possible rewards for the military might event. Have those always been there? Because I can't ever remember seeing anything higher than a T4 droid. It's not like I need them, I think if I didn't ever get another ship droid I'd still be set for a few years. Just curious.
