Doubt it but stranger things have happened. In a few hours it will be gone and they will say it will be fixed next time it runs.

Apologies for the wait. It appears the Executrix packs were not scheduled for release alongside this instance of the event. Future instances should have the associated packs activated.

With all due respect, and with appreciation for the response, and appreciation that you may not have more information than you just relayed, and appreciation that I don't have all the information...that doesn't make much sense to me. Why would the event be meant to run one single time without packs and every other time (including future times) with packs?

Maybe I'm wrong but the more likely explanation in my mind is that it got missed this once. Which is fine, but just saying so seems to be better than giving an explanation that does not make sense to this outside observer.

Called it. Now when the mace event starts in a few days and the pack is in store for him how will it look. Just put the pack in the store for 24 hours as an oops we messed up. Put it in when mace runs. It's money. I don't see the issue here. It was fixed last month when the same thing happened with the executrix that didn't happen with any other capital ship.

That answer makes no sense at all. Do they think we are dumb? Cutomer lost. I no longer will spend a dime. Congrats. No warning.
