TB - Disobey Orders
What good is a lock if they can just stroll past it? And "Kick em out" is no answer or help. This needs to be a lock. No way to go by it. OR give it a penalty where they miss the next TB. Not us yelli...

I’m glad it doesn’t lock out. Sometimes when we have an order to deploy and we get the 3 stars, the officers might not be on to remove the lock before the TB has ended. We would have a few players wanting to deploy to another territory but couldn’t because of a lock.
Name and shaming is not allowed on the forums but I’m sure you could do it in game to the offenders.
