Exactly - we missed a star today just because people weren't paying attention - just 280,000 - not even a drop in the bucket if someone was looking...
I understand we have busy people, they come on and do their baby boo, between break or on lunch... but I also know if it was easy to guide them where to deploy - then they would. It'd look a lot more like a guild and a game and a lot less like work and wrangling cats.
