TB RotE broken
JKL's leader ability doesn't work on stage 2/2.
Darth Bane's unique ability doesn't work on stage 2/2 if he died on stage 1/2. SEE + DB unit was used.

Seems like a bug and definite exception to the rule.
The non-Jabba missions on Kessell let you run with 4 units, bizarrely.
TB doesn't allow you to enter a battle with less than full squad so the bulk of Bane's Rule of Two unique is simply unavailable in TB. You get the first two paragraphs of it.
I had to double check just in case, and Bane's unique does indeed say "At the start of battle if there is only one other non-Summon ally present and they are Sith". And I wouldn't say he's the worst. He still helps SEE get to his Ult a bit quicker and he can hit hard after a while. It's just that he becomes a lot squishier when that part of his unique isn't active. He was the first to die (I still won, though) when I was finishing my battles an hour ago. That's just how he was designed, to fit with the whole Rule of Two thing we have during the Clone Wars and the Prequels.
I always used sister 9 as a tank and didn't know about her leadership ability.
But Bane talks about the start of the fight, not the start of the stage. It is because of this flaw that Bane is the worst ally for SEE on TB.
Just to clarify, Bane requires himself and one other Sith (doesn't matter which one of them is the leader) and absolutely nobody else for most of his unique to be active.
If you're using JKL in the Jedi mission on Bracca, it's because of 9th Sister. Her lead is made to counter JKL's speed altering ability - "Allies are immune to Speed limiting effects". As for Bane, most of his unique is active only if there are two Sith at the start of the battle. So unless they create a Sith mission that requires you to go in with only two Sith, Bane isn't as great as he would normally be.
