If you can't understand it just try it without using Teebo as leader. Use scamble tactics and you will see before you can push Teebos attack button scamble tactics will have a 5 turn cooldown. After that you can attack two times and have 3 turns cooldown left.
The time between using Scamble Tactics and attacking the first time stealthed is your first stealthed turn.
