Tenacity Down will now nullify Tenacity Up

As per the latest update to the update: Tenacity Down has been improved to reduce Tenacity by the same amount that Tenacity Up increases Tenacity https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwar...

This is interesting because if what conduit says is true, tenacity up and down will work differently from every other buff/debuff interaction.

Have you tested the new version Josh? Not sure if it's technically live yet even if you've updated.
