Tenacity up should mirror Potency up

So the very next turn it will be 100% cleansed too right? Bc that's what you get in the current meta of Rex, GK, Chirrut, R2. I agree, more AOE tenacity down toons should be added to the game. But there's also the 100% cleanse factor that takes place so often you can't keep debuffs landed. This would include tenacity down.

The other thing I wonder about this function... assuming there's tenacity up... wouldn't that prevent the AOE tenacity down as well? Personally I think a cleanse should have a check itself. Not a 100% cleanse guaranteed. That would add a lot more balance to both sides.

An Aoe reset like lando will be nice, so u can keep apply tenaticy down
