We are actively reviewing impacts of the change on the live environment (and if any further changes are warranted). We won’t be making changes for the current round of Territory Wars, however, I will keep you posted with any changes we deem necessary here.

I really hope that EA makes you say this stuff. If you consider this to be a good answer to the outcry that has happened over the terrible matchmaking that we know you are aware of, then holy moly.
