I have spoken to him in some length to get a better understanding of this message. I will start by saying rightfully so, he cannot make any promises about what changes will or can be made in the future.
that being said, the message is that they are listening and looking at the data. they can't make any changes this round so they are playing the wait and see game to make sure they have the full picture. we have a short break between TW and they will update us when they can about any findings they have.
