That guest accounts can be linked
Many users of the game have guest accounts and would like to be able to link them so as not to waste the time invested Please support this idea

Sorry forgot to add the one restriction. If you set the age to under 18 then no you can't link it to Google play or game center.
Contact EA support thru in game help they might be able to help if you have set the age to under 18. No one on the forum will be able to help you with that.
