Chirrut is easy to farm, Baze has a hard node. But there again, whereas you can farm a shard of Baze for 50 crystals, you can only farm ShT for 80 crystals a shard. I'm fine for this Empire pass rework since every reworked toons are an easy farm and a lot of people already have some, but placing Rebels in front of everything is a bit weird.
well, you could also ask "why are devs releasing every faction pass to be viable except empire"?
