Also everyone wants to compare their faction against the triple-cleanse team, which is btw built with a Clone, a Jedi, a Sith and 2 rebels, not only rebels. Then, to compare the empire pass to another, it's better to try to face an FO team, a BH team or even a Phoenix team to see if their pass is at the same level as the other ones.
