Gearing is easily the worst part of the game. It's what happens when everyone needs the same gear. They say they are trying to address this and I'm hoping they do something because it's no fun to get all of these new characters only to get them to gear 7 and then throw them in line with everyone else waiting for enough stun cuffs/stun guns and carbantis to use.
