...does NOT need a nerf. Reduce the HP of Normal, add easier tiers, whatever, but leave Heroic alone. That is all.

You misspelled challenging, that's what they call the normal raid.
No one calls it that, if normal was challenging people wouldn't be sending in squads and hitting auto
