The meta is meaningless...
So what is the meta? It's all garbage as far as I'm concerned... Popular characters all have their counters and everyone uses them... I understand that they all have their purpose and having Anaki...

It's simple to swap Zam for Anakin to deal with a dodge team that's giving you trouble.... She's a force to be reckoned with... And even more non-meta!
Cads dodge chance is amazing when it goes your way... And he does bring some utility for shutting down Jedi on the other team.
It's another viable option... I like the Cad led scoundrels a lot actually
Just be lucky you have such a diverse wealth of options. Usually the meta toons are there because people can't just change teams at will, which I would love to do. Personally I only have like 8 toons arena ready so I'm compelled to stick to the better meta toons (yet no OB Ani Aayla RG or Leia sadly)
