Nutini and nightsisters aren't even close to the same thing.
The problem with the nutini comp was that it would let you solo an entire phase of (what was at the time) end game content with NO ONE geared over g8.
Nightsisters work... but not if you have them all g8. If you are seeing all g8 nightsisters take over your launch shard, then post a pic, and you have a valid complaint. I don't believe that will be the case though, at least 3 of them are going to be well geared, I'm sure, and likely 4 of them.
No, what the nightsisters resemble, is Old Ben. People used to do the same thing with him: leave him really undergeared and get a big advantage out of it.
They never nerfed that. I understand you don't like seeing blue gear characters at the top of the list, but that doesn't make it an actual mistake, or exploit. It doesn't mean we should compare apples and oranges like Nutini to nightsisters. Compare similar things instead like old ben and zombie.
