Your logic, @leef, astounds me. You admit it is broken or at best “not entirely useless” but you say it should not be changed because it might be made worse. I get the whole “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality, but yours seems to be “if it is broke, don’t fix it”.
Everything in a game should serve a purpose. If a stat is minimal enough that it can be completely overlooked without consequence, then it either needs to be fixed or removed. Why put something into a game that serves no purpose? Why bother your consumers with frivolous additional stats when they are admittedly broken and tossed aside for others that are clearly better? Why even bother with the additional coding or character design when the stats themselves are broken from the start?
