Here's the rub, imo.
Would we be complaining about RG (heh, as much), if Rey wasn't in the game?
I have to strategize and think about how to deal with RG and any other toons. Maybe more than ST Han, but I am still having a thoughtful gamer experience.
But with Rey... There is no strategy, there is no thought. It is just fighting against unreasonable numbers.
The problem isn't RG and Rey.
The problem is Rey.
(Specifically, the tuning of just one variable. Rey's damage)
