I'll bet my right arm that many of you complaining about this RG and Rey combo are using it at this very moment. No character needs to be nerfed and simply adding more health to other characters will only make Rey more mandatory on top arena teams.
Instead I think there needs to be much more emphasis on factions and synergy. The best examples I can think of are droids, clones, rebels, and ewoks. However, only two of those factions can realistically and consistently compete for rank 1 on a mature server, one of which is p2w so it's not an option for most.
