He just did a conversion from the fleet arena price to the shard shop price (aka how much feelt tokens are required to get the same amount of gear). And based on that its an increase by 36 to 37 %. Now you can use other currencies but for those still farming ships and toons from the other stores this is really a slap, as fleet currency was a steady income without too much investment.
