Platoons in Phases 1-3 are fixed membership for both LS and DS TBs. The lists are published here:

There isn't any point for discussion about the first three phases - they are fixed, and published for everyone to see. It's only P4-P6 where the platoons are "random" and can include any characters, including new Marquee ones.
