Got to node 2 yesterday with a dn lead and a dooku. Was so annoying I just restarted the entire thing. This is how I play my game these days. All I was trying to do was pre-load a team.

Seriously can't find a place for fun in game anymore. Def not quitting, too much time invested plus love my guild and other social parts, but I am beginning to barely play anymore. Top twenty in arena is fine for me now where just last week I was top 3 everyday for almost two years (share payout with folks).

I realised I haven't spent crystals I've earned in arena for anything but panic farming for past couple months now. And then I realized panic farming for toons that will be useless by the time I catch up to the whales is just boring and absolutely not fun or rewarding at all. Gotta be some carrot for the stick in this game.

I am expecting big changes soon. Direction they are heading is already making a ton leave the game. Every TB now I hear multiple guild leaders talk about how many players have or will be quitting.

You're using a squad that's been dead since March. Actually that's a squad that has never really been a meta, what do you expect? People are constantly screaming BUILD RESISTANCE. It's a team made for Haat and GW. If you want you can build an arena meta team, it will also work in GW. GK+Zarriss can get you through GW on auto(excluding 1 or 2 of the full gold team battles where you have to play manually). It's not GW that's hard, it's your team that isn't good.

I think for me since I grew up in the 80s all this pay to win stuff is a bit offputting. Good thing about pay to play is the game is able to constantly evolve. If the game never evolved we wouldnt have guilds, ships, TB, mods, and everyone would probably have every character by now and we would be bored. But this game caters to veterans and pay to play, that is the design. Either invest lots of time or money to be competitive. If you dont care about competition and only collecting then this game is awesome lol.

Go and gear the sisters! All to 12..! By January they won't be meta anymore as Snoke will probably be so OP he fights arena solo.

also, this game literally gives anywhere between $5 to $9 worth or crystals a day (Fleet and Arena). So you can almost buy a piece every day.

This is a game not shopping party. Not everyone can be in top20 in fleet arena. If you are in top 50 in arena you can buy full gear for g9,g10 not everyday but after 3-7 days.
I play Thrawn and many times it is very close to draw in arena. Draw is happening sometimes also not against Zbarris +Gk. I would like to play arena without auto but on 4 speed it is so long manually. Some toons after updated became very slow.

Also I'll assume your device lags. That's your issue not the game's.
