This is getting ridiculous

Even though my internet is fine, during arena matches (and GW) i am constantly getting kicked out of the the app and it crashes. This happened 3 times out of ten attempts today, so I had to waste another 100 crystals on a refresh to help stay up in the top twenty and guess what; so far out of three battles and destroying the AI, I got kicked out of all of them. This is wasting me crystals and time, and as I'm F2P I am hit badly by this. 6 out of 13 arena matches have crashed, causing a loss and wasted attempt in each. I've not even mentioned GW yet, which is almost as bad. The game is crashing constantly, meaning I need to start up the app again, and try again. I don't have much time to play this game too, so I'm not even able to play it properly now. It is simply not acceptable, and if this isn't fixed soon, I will not be playing this game much longer for obvious reasons. Anyone else having similar issues?

    Force-close all the apps and restart the iPad.


    I have the same problem on an iPad2 too and restarting the iPad everytime to play GoH can't be the solution.

    You tell us everything of your ____ story. But you NEVER tell us what kind of phone you use? Iphone or Android (Samsung, LG, Google)?

    I have an Iphone 6S Plus and Ipad Air 1. I never get kick out in Arena or GW. The game have the best connection. Sometime i can finish a battle even my game was on the background for couple hours.

    I don't believe whatever OP claim. How come he didn't blame for his connection, phone? lol

    Way to easy to cheat if they did that. I can't think of a way to make this work with out the cheating either. Be nice though for those having issue. Ive never had this issue myself.

    The only issue I have ever had with game play was the locking up issue when entering an Event. I'd hit the button, it'd charge me the Energy but never load the challenge and just sit there. I'd have to force quit the app and restart and my energy would be gone and I never got to even start the match. I emailed the Contact Us "support" and got an email back saying "bummer that's happening, I'm closing the case". A few colorful phrases, to myself, and I messaged EA through the forum and got a clear response of what the issue was, that they had just finalized and implemented the fix and gave me some energy to compensate.

    i guess it is the Ipad 2 problem. Are u using the latest IOS ? MY Ipad Air seem fine.

    FYI Ipad 2 is a 5yr old device.. and this game is the 2015/2016 game..

    OP next time be more logic..
