All I can say is... it takes great luck on the part of my opponent AI for a 4* Darth Maul to even get a single attack off before he is dead.
A level 45 Luminara can take out 3/4 of that health by herself with one crit on her special. Even if it doesn't kill him, he won't be able to use his special, and he'll be dead on the following round.
DPS of dead characters = zero. I am unimpressed with Maul. Maybe at higher levels but I think you'd have to star him up to be effective.
