The problem with the new Vader Zeta is that thus far its provided him no new options. Its a passive zeta, and whilst it might become more important in the future, right now it doesnt seem to do very much. In the cases witht the rebels they were all given better attacking options or else an ability that helped their function. Vaders Zeta doesnt help him develop his kit, its just a counter to certain moves.
