Both CLS and JTR have really OP kits that allow them to dominate the meta paired with other OP toons like R2, BB-8, GK, Han that are also LS! Unlike the kits of Vader and Palpatine that even after the "rework" are still not good enough to dominate the meta!

Palpi is the 2nd most used #1 leader according to the swgoh.gg meta report. Not that bad afterall ;)

That's good, but he should be 1st most used and what about Darth Vader - he is the 10th most used as a squad member at #1?

Why would the dark side need an op tank like kenobi? Kenobi is just a cookie cutter character who doesn't provide any benefit to light side, except Jedi and clones who are pretty bad factions. There's also plenty of strong dark side tanks to choose from like shore trooper or unmasked kylo or zombie

If he is a "cookie cutter" then why is he in almost every top arena squad? He is arguably the best and most versatile tank in the game right now! Shore, Kylo and zombie are good, but not as good as he is.

He's in almost every top arena squad because he's a cookie cutter character. He fits well in every team

He is versatile and not only benefits Jedi and Clones but also Rebel and Resistance teams! The Empire and the Sith need a tank like him.

you can actually use kenobi in a DS team in case you were wondering.

I like the idea of using an equally powerful DS tank to fit the Sith-Empire synergies instead. Have you thought about that?

That's fine, but kenobi isn't only amazing in jedi, clone, rebel and resistance teams. He's also amazing in NS and empire teams, or any other team. Just like Nihilus was amazing in LS teams aswell, unfortunately for him powercreep caught up with him. He might make a come-back though due to the palp/vader reworks.
