Thoughts on Thermal Detonators?

I don't see the point of detonators (at least not right now) because of the Arena battles lasting a couple turns. Speed for some characters are two high so some characters die too quickly, detonators ...

You killed a #1 Arena team so fast that one of their characters with turn manipulation didn't even get a second turn.

And you want Thermal Detonators to be BETTER?
