TIE Reaper

Is there a dev response as to why this ship isn't farmable yet? It's been WAY over 3 months since its release so why can't we get it yet? I have Shore and Tie Fighter gear 8 and 9, level 85 and ready ...

I remember when you used to stash the reaper in your ship reinforcements so it'd remove turn meter without ever taking damage...
