Well, it's also time for Disney to wrap up the mess they have made, sit down, take a breath and only produce something if it actually has at least some slight quality. Sometimes it's just not how it works.
Gaps between movies need to be filled, and there are at least as many people who prefer OR toons over another set of Solo characters or a 6th version of Han than those who don't.
The only era that truly seems neglected is the prequels. Clone wars will have its time, but it makes more sense to give the involved faction a boost when the new season airs instead of going all in for a 10 years anniversary and have them hit rock bottom again when the final season starts. OT has few non-generic, non-duplicate toons left to add. And let's face it, I'd bet you any day that there are more OR-sympathisers than people who would like to see any more additions from the sequels. They already went one step too far with Rose.
