They don't need to update everything. Only those who synergize with other triple zeta leads. Squads without a triple zeta lead *shouldn't* be competitive with those that do have one. If they were, there would be no reason to invest the time and/or money necessary to unlock triple zetas.
As for Jedi, they don't need any more updating for now. They are the single most powerful faction tag in the game right now, by a wide margin.
