Time to max a character
Using only non-stockpiled in game resources, how long does it take to bring a 0 shard character to max power (7 stars, level 85, relic 8)? How has that time changed over the course of the game?...

It would all depend upon focus. Is it straight gear farming or are characters being farmed as well? What level is your guild at for raids, TW and Challenge rancor gear for relics? First couple of relic levels could be easy.
