Why are the users not clicking on our pop-ups? Could it be that what the users say is true, that there are too many pop-ups, that they’re rarely relevant, so we’ve trained them to never look at them and close them immediately? No, the users are wrong. The problem is that they don’t get enough opportunities to click on the pop ups!
