Where can I find the forum Terms of Service? and Forum Guidelines?

There is a post that mentions the Forum Guidelines here: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/12218/friendly-reminder-on-forum-guidelines

but they are apparently private, because I get " Permission Problem. You don't have permission to do that."

I think there are several of us that want to play by the rules.... I just can't find the rules.

Censorship. We have seen this kind of garbage from certain leaders throughout history. Won’t go into specifics, It won’t do anything besides get me banned lol
