Trouble opening the game

And I it won't go passed that. Bye bye daily free energy. I've been trying to get in for 40 minutes. - I had to delete and reinstall, but can get in now. Was previously stuck on checking for updates.
- Had the same problem , can confirm an uninstall and reinstall worked for me
- Got in fine on my phone but got stuck on my slab.
Can also confirm a reinstall works - If you don't want to uninstall and reinstall, just clear the Cache and delete the game data (not the game) and you're good to go.
Edit for Autocorrect I couldn't launch it via the EA app. It would start and then just quit on me. I found that right clicking on the desktop icon directly and selecting "run as administrator" opens it and launches the game. This is for PC, obviously. Don't know what platform you're using.
