Sandbagging GP is a valid strategy for GA & TW. get with the program or stop complaining.
It is only a good strategy because there is no incentive for 200+mil guild to fight against other guilds that are their level. The reward tier caps at 160m. It's like a 6th grader bullying a 1st grader. Not very Sportmanlike. Adding 3 or 4 more reward tiers would help stratify the guilds a little more and be beneficial for everyone.
