Unable to get in to game- Error Code 3.0

Anyone else getting this at start-up? keeps telling me to restart or contact them,

I get the same error message on ios and i downloaded the update this morning. I was able to get on this morning after I updated but I haven’t been able to get on for the last hour and a half and now I’m going to miss my fleet payout that is soon.
