"Underaged" Account

I've been playing for a while, and just found out that there is a guild chat feature, and that you can change your name from the default Mol Eliza. Everything I've seen says that my account is underaged, but that make no sense. I'm more than old enough to not be a minor, and yet I'm restricted from any in-game purchases, guild chatting, or name changes. Are there any precedents, or anything that can be done about it?

    Yes, I believe you can reach out through the in game help button to EA Help and they have a procedure to verify your age and change your account status.

    At this point, I have followed the process and am on the "Case information" screen, where should I go from here?

    I went in and it got me here, as the issue was not listed, I typed age verification.

    When I selected "Why can't I chat in-game?", the next screen explains the under age account issue and suggests I select "No, I need to talk to someone"

    It then went into an automated information collection, that I didnt go past that point, but it should work out from there.

    How did you get to that stage? I only have a screen that gives me the details of my case. My case number is 77556156.
