This doesnt change the fact that a 50/50 guild with poeple ranged from 500k GP to 1,5kk GP has to chance with 30/50 people guild with all players in range of 1kk-2,5kk GP, even if they have the same active GP.
The number of great teams that a player over 2kk GP can field is not comparable to greater numbers of weaker teams and everyone knows that. One squad of that whale can stop an entire guild.
